From our 24 hour manned data centre, the Your Instant Office platform provides thousands of users across the globe with a secure enterprise IT system.
Without getting to technical we use the latest state of the art technology from our partners Microsoft, HP and VMware to deliver over the internet access to the Your Instant Office platform. With no single point of failure from the power supply to our data centre through to clustering and replication technologies you can rest assured that the Your Instant Office solution will always be available to you regardless of what time zone you are in.
Using any PC with Windows installed or Apple Mac a small enabling piece of software has been provided by Microsoft that allows you to control a virtual session in our data centre. Your PC will send keyboard and mouse information securely to the session and in turn it will send you back updated pictures of the session you are controlling - think of it like a remote control and your Satellite Television receiver, you send it information using the remote and in turn your television responds to your commands. As all the processing happens in the data centre you can use even the oldest slowest PC and experience speeds like you'd just bought the latest expensive machine, not just on day one but every day as we continuously update the equipment at our end. If your machine dies or is stolen, that's fine as just like the remote control - all of your data is stored centrally so the risk of losing it is gone, just use another machine with internet access and carry on working without the concern that someone else has your data.
